As part of International Women's Day on March 8, our department's community held an International Women's Day Event. The event began with a statement made in front of the Congress Culture Center. Speaking at the announcement were Prof. Dr. Ülkü ÖZBEY, Dean of the Faculty of Health Sciences at Munzur University; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Servet GÜN, Head of the Social Work Department at the Faculty of Health Sciences at Munzur University; and Ali Berhan SOYLU, President of the Social Work Club, who delivered speeches emphasizing the meaning and importance of the day.

Following the speeches, a march to the Faculty of Health Sciences was held.

During the event, the board belonging to the Department of Social Work at the Faculty of Health Sciences was decorated with posters highlighting the meaning and importance of March 8. The awareness tree prepared by the Social Work Club was then decorated with words emphasizing the importance of March 8, and the event came to an end.
