On Tuesday, May 20th, the Project Work Exhibition, organized by the Department of Emergency Aid and Disaster Management at Munzur University's Faculty of Health, was held in the ground floor foyer of our faculty, drawing a large crowd. Creative and solution-oriented project projects developed by our students throughout the semester were presented to our academic staff and guests. The exhibition showcased projects reflecting innovative approaches in disaster management, health logistics, emergency aid planning, and many other areas.
Speaking at the event, Prof. Dr. Ülkü Özbey, Dean of the Faculty of Health Sciences, emphasized the invaluable professional development process of students transforming the knowledge they acquire in class into a written project, under the guidance of their advisors. He expressed their commitment to this process. He also noted that these activities provide students with the opportunity to develop their knowledge generation, problem-solving, and academic expression skills. This meaningful event, which attracted a large number of participants, served as a platform where our students could combine their field knowledge with creative ideas.
In addition to our university's academic and administrative staff, representatives from the Tunceli Provincial Disaster and Emergency Management Presidency (AFAD) Directorate also participated in the exhibition, expressing interest in our students' work. We would like to thank all participants who contributed to the motivation of our students with their participation.
